Terms for Using and Shopping With Mivqelun™

These Terms explain the rules that apply when you browse our store, place an order, purchase a product or otherwise interact with Mivqelun™.

In these Terms, “Mivqelun™,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Hangzhou Xixi Zhixiang Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the legal entity that owns and operates Mivqelun™.

“You” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor or other person using our website, purchasing our products or interacting with our services.

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies that apply to your purchase, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the store.

Section 1

Eligibility and Use of the Store

You must have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to you to make purchases through our store.

When you provide information during checkout, account creation or customer support communications, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge.

If an account feature is available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities conducted through your account.

You must not use our website, products, checkout or services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Section 2

Our Products

Mivqelun™ offers fragrance objects, flameless fragrance devices and related home and interior products.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, functions, photographs and other information accurately.

However, colors, surface textures and visual appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, production variation, screen settings and the device used to view the store.

Product specifications may also be updated where design, manufacturing or component improvements are introduced, provided that such changes do not materially misrepresent the product being sold.

We may discontinue or temporarily suspend the sale of a product when inventory, production, logistics or other reasonable business circumstances require it.

Section 3

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order represents your request to purchase the products shown in your checkout.

An automated acknowledgement or payment authorization does not necessarily mean that an order has completed every review required before fulfillment.

After an order is successfully accepted, order confirmation information will normally be sent using the email address provided during checkout.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to verify payment, shipping information, product availability or other order details.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be returned through the original payment method.

Section 4

Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to request an address correction, product change or cancellation, please contact service@mivqelun.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched.

Once fulfillment has progressed beyond the point where the order can reasonably be changed, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Where a cancellation cannot be completed before shipment, any available return rights will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not impose an arbitrary cancellation penalty merely because a customer requests assistance with an order.

Section 5

Prices, Promotions and Billing

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical or typographical errors.

Promotions, discounts and promotional offers may be available for limited periods and may be subject to additional conditions.

Where shipping charges, taxes or other transaction-related amounts apply, they will be presented during checkout where required before the order is completed.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use only payment methods that you are authorized to use.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on destination, payment provider, currency and technical availability.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Sensitive payment information is handled through the applicable secure payment environment.

We do not ask customers to send complete card numbers, card security codes or online banking passwords through ordinary customer support email.

If your payment is declined, pending or otherwise not completed, you may need to contact your bank or payment provider for information relating specifically to authorization of your account.

Section 7

Shipping and Delivery

Mivqelun™ orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard transit is generally estimated at 5–14 business days after dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary by destination, carrier, customs procedures and other circumstances affecting transportation.

Once tracking becomes available, shipment information is normally sent to the email address provided with the order.

Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be dispatched from an applicable fulfillment facility rather than from the company's legal registration address.

Section 8

Returns and Refunds

Eligible Mivqelun™ purchases may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Preference-based returns generally require the customer to arrange and pay applicable return shipping.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution without requiring you to bear reasonable costs caused by our error.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

Please do not send returns directly to our legal business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Section 9

International Orders

Where international delivery is available, cross-border orders may be subject to customs processing, import procedures and destination-specific requirements.

Customs processing can occasionally extend delivery beyond the original carrier estimate.

Any applicable duties, taxes or similar import charges will depend on the destination and the shipping or checkout arrangement applicable to the order.

Accuracy of Store Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep store information accurate and current.

From time to time, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information or unintended omissions may appear in product descriptions, pricing, stock status, shipping information or other store content.

Where such an error is identified, we may correct the information and, where necessary, contact affected customers.

If a material error affects an order and the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as presented, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already collected.

The Mivqelun™ brand name, original product presentation, website text, photography, graphics, layouts, product concepts and other proprietary content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative commercial use of our proprietary store content.

Third-party names, marks, platforms or materials that may appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

Our store may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, website infrastructure and other ecommerce functions.

Those providers may operate under their own terms, policies and technical systems.

When you use a separate third-party service, that provider's terms may also apply to your interaction with that service.

We remain responsible for addressing customer matters that fall within our own obligations as the seller rather than automatically directing all issues to third parties.

Reviews and other submissions should reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or malicious content.

Where you give us permission to publish submitted content, we may use it for reasonable store, customer service or brand communication purposes consistent with that permission and applicable law.

You may not use the Mivqelun™ store or services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Where products include electrical, rechargeable, wall-mounted, fragrance-module, lighting or other functional components, customers should follow the applicable installation, charging, care and usage instructions.

Products should not be deliberately modified, dismantled or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended design where doing so could damage the product or surrounding property.

Availability of the Website

We aim to keep the store available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Maintenance, technical problems, service-provider outages, security concerns or other operational circumstances may temporarily affect store availability.

Where reasonably possible, we may update, repair or modify store functionality to maintain or improve its operation.

Disclaimer and Consumer Rights

Product and website information is provided in good faith based on the information reasonably available to us.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under legislation applicable to the customer.

Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs restrictions, governmental action, widespread telecommunications failures, significant supply interruptions, labor disruptions or similar events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material information available to us and continue performance when reasonably possible.

Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you acknowledge that order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service messages and other transaction-related communications may be sent electronically.

You are responsible for providing an email address and contact information that you can access and for informing us if important order information changes.

Transactional communications relating to an order are separate from optional promotional marketing communications.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising legal rights or remedies that are available under applicable law.

Applicable Law

These Terms and transactions with Mivqelun™ are subject to applicable laws and regulations, including mandatory consumer protection rules that apply based on the circumstances of the transaction.

The legal operating entity behind Mivqelun™ is established in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive an eligible consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's jurisdiction and cannot legally be waived.

Section 24

Severability

If a particular provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or unlawful, that provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary under applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

Section 25

Entire Agreement and Policy Consistency

These Terms should be read together with the policies displayed on the Mivqelun™ store that apply to your transaction.

Our Shipping Policy governs shipping and delivery procedures.

Our Return & Refund Policy governs eligible returns and refunds.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information.

Where a specific promotional offer includes clearly stated additional conditions, those conditions apply to that promotion to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory law.
